I loved this book. It complimented Fat for Fuel very well and helped me understand fasting better. I have experimented with IF and love the way the book teaches you how to find the right IF for you. Personally I do better with short fasts and they are working for me. Longer fasts follow times of vacation or events etc but regular short fasts, combined with a Ketogenic diet have changed my life. Thanks for this great read.

Great a condensed book. Although there were several typos and editing errors, overall the book clearly explained the difference between a Ketogenic Diet and IF; as well as the ultimate benefit reaped from combining the two. I particularly appreciated the Author’s comments regarding the timing in which to avoid the IF, if one is on the Keto Diet. Good book; highly recommended!

Very clear explanation. The benefits of fasting are too numerous to mention, but I will say this, "I always have enough willpower to make it through one day". There are more scientifically thorough books out there. I find myself two weeks in feeling like I have actually found my way. The perfect person to explain to you why Intermittent Fasting in particular requisite.

I hate that the book says the ugly diet word. This book is for people that want to change their life style to become healthier and reduce their risk of cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc..I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended. I enjoyed reading it and the message resonated with me.

This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.
