Jennifer's book "It's All Under Control" is very very good. It kinda broke my heart and helped mend it all in the course of reading it. I rarely purchase additional study books but in this case, I used the study along with the book and I'm so glad I did!The study really helped drive home the points she makes in the book and helped the lessons settle deep on my heart.
